“Ok… to be honest, we don’t love working out. And when we get in the car to drive to our appointment with Shawn, we say often, “this is why we have an appointment, LOL!” But, we want to be healthier and having Shawn train us, motivate us and create custom weekly strength training workouts is the best! During our joint training sessions we laugh, talk, sweat, and do the workouts we wouldn’t be doing on our own. We may complain a little each time but come back every week because we love Shawn and how we feel afterwards.
