Training a wide diversity of clients is my passion, where I get absolute joy. Ranging from 19 to 95, my clients have a range of goals: keeping up with grandchildren to getting ready for a reunion, readying yourself to walk thru Spain or simply wanting to have accountability and fun while exercising. No goal is too small. My programs are always personalized to your needs.
